NEW YEARS REVOLUTION- One was to start yoga so I can become suitably supple for martial arts. Not to mention the health benefits, wellbeing, flexibility ;) Better late than never. Been doing a couple of these a day to start with considering my spine appears to have a vertical plank of wood nailed to the base of it. Still can’t touch my toes but its got a little easier to bend in half.
